License Agreement

Important information about your rights and responsibilities when using our samples.

Royalty Free

You can use our samples in your commercial or personal productions without paying additional royalties.

Musical Use

Our sounds are designed to be integrated into new musical compositions, beats, or sound designs.

Content ID Warning

The license granted is Royalty Free for creative use, however, there is the following absolute restriction:

"Registration with Content ID services (YouTube, Facebook Rights Manager, etc.) is not permitted if the samples have not been significantly modified or integrated into a new original composition."

Registering individual loops or samples as "own" in these systems can cause unfair claims against other Drip Sounds users and will result in the immediate revocation of your license.

Additional Prohibitions

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the samples in third-party libraries.
  • You may not claim authorship over the unprocessed "raw file".
  • You may not use the samples to train generative Artificial Intelligence models without prior consent.
